Registration
Each accepted paper must be presented by a registered participant (presenting author). Presenting authors are required to complete their registration by the specified deadlines and must indicate the papers they intend to present.
If multiple authors of the same paper wish to attend the conference, additional authors may register as non-presenting participants (accompanying person) at a discounted rate, with the option for late registration.
Only papers that are presented during a scheduled session by a registered presenting author will be included in the conference proceedings. Each paper, regardless of its category, requires a separate registration fee. To encourage diverse participation, each presenting author may deliver a maximum of three presentations, regardless of the paper type.
AIS membership
To find your AIS Membership Code, visit aisnet.org and log in. Then, navigate to your profile settings at the top of the page and go to Invoices → Membership. From there, you can view and print your Membership Card.
As an affiliated conference of the Association for Information Systems (AIS), all academic and student registrants of ISD 2025 are encouraged to join AIS if they are not already members. AIS membership offers exclusive benefits throughout the year, including a discount on ISD 2025 registration. Conference fees
All registration fees (excluding the accompanying person fee) cover the publication of one paper. Participants wishing to publish additional papers may do so for an extra fee. Conference fees vary based on the type of participation. Accompanying persons must register as non-presenting participants.

The dates in the table are based on Universal Time Coordinated (UTC) and the time when your payment is received in our account. To avoid any issues, please ensure you do not leave your registration until the last minute.
Cancellation and refund policy
Presenting authors are not permitted to cancel their registration.
Non-presenting participants can cancel their registration no later than August 15th, subject to a cancellation fee of 100 EUR due to currency exchange rates and administrative work.
The conference allows for delegating a co-author to take over the presentation in case a registered author becomes unavailable, provided that:
- the three-presentation-policy-limit is adhered to,
- we have been notified beforehand that the replacement of a presenting author is taking place.
If the substituted author is eligible for discounts, the substituting author must be entitled to at least the same level of discounts or the difference in fee level has to be covered. To request a substitution or cancellation request, please contact Danilo Veličkov () directly. Please note that successful coordination of absences and replacements is the responsibility of the authors. Papers not presented at the conference will be removed from the proceedings and non-shows will not be reimbursed.
