ISD Review Process
All manuscripts, except for Journal-First Papers, will undergo a double-blind peer review process. To maintain author anonymity, all personally identifying information must be removed from the manuscript prior to submission. Authorship changes after submission are not permitted without explicit approval from the Program Chair.
Papers that are not anonymized fall outside the conference scope, or do not adhere to the required template may be desk-rejected.
All ISD 2025 submissions will be checked for plagiarism and AI writing.
Any instance of academic misconduct, regardless of when it is identified, will be subject to appropriate actions, including the official retraction of published articles with a formal notice.
Authors are permitted to use Generative AI tools for specific aspects of their work, such as editing and proofreading (e.g., Grammarly or ChatGPT). However, submissions must represent exclusively human intellectual contributions. Generative AI is always observed as the third party, as a tool. If Generative AI has been utilized beyond basic spelling, grammar, and punctuation checks, authors are required to explicitly disclose its use and the purpose of its use in the acknowledgments section.
