Will I receive an invoice before payment?
Due to regulations in the Republic of Serbia, official invoices can only be issued after the payment has been made. A pro forma invoice can be provided after the payment is confirmed on the conference account. The final invoice will be issued after the conclusion of the conference.

Presentation of Papers

What are the requirements for poster presentations?
Posters should be printed in A0 or A1 format. There is no specific template – the layout is left to the authors’ choice. Authors are expected to bring the printed poster with them to the conference.

Is there presentation template for full and short papers?
Authors of full and short papers should prepare a short oral presentation. There is no required template, and authors are free to design the slides as they wish. Presentations should be brought to the session on a USB drive or another portable medium.
