Delivery Method and Account Charging
When registering for participation in the ISD 2025 conference via the registration service, the participant completes an electronic registration process. Upon successful registration and payment of the conference fee, the participant will receive a confirmation email. Please note that there is no physical delivery, as the service solely relates to event registration.
To our registered participants, we offer the two payment options: a) Wire Transfer or b) Card Payment.
a) Wire Transfers
For wire transfers, OUR payment instruction must be selected (meaning the sender accepts all foreign transaction fees). Payments made using the SHA (Shared) or BEN (Beneficiary) option will be considered invalid.
VAT is included in the conference fee.
b) Card Payments
For card payments, participants will be charged a one-time registration fee at the time of payment. Conference fees in EUR, as listed on the ISD 2025 website, are charged in Serbian currency RSD (Serbian dinar), based on the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount charged to the participant’s credit or debit card is obtained through the conversion of EUR fee into RSD. The following payment cards are supported: VISA, MasterCard (EC/MC), Maestro, American Express (Amex), and Dina.
When charging the credit card, the amount charged in RSD is then converted into the currency supported by the participantās card using the exchange rate applied by participant’s card issuer or payment network. As a result of currency conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference between the final amount charged and the price displayed in EUR on the ISD website.
VAT is included in the conference fee.
An additional charge of ā¬15 will be applied on the top of the registration amount due to the bank processing costs.
Please note that the final amount may be subject to additional fees or conversion charges imposed by the participantās bank or payment provider, and it is beyond our responsibility.
The organizers have made every effort to offer flexible and convenient payment methods that best serve all conference participants. We kindly ask for the understanding of international participants, as payment in RSD (Serbian dinar) is the most practical and efficient option for all parties.
In both payment options, apart from the charges being listed here, no additional hidden charges apply.
Export Restrictions and Legal Provisions
Participation in ISD 2025 is available to participants from all countries, except in cases where applicable legal regulations prohibit such participation. The organizer reserves the right to refuse registration to participants from countries or regions subject to restrictions under relevant laws or regulations of Republic of Serbia.
It is the responsibility of participants to be aware of and comply with any local laws or regulations that may impact their ability to complete electronic transactions or attend international events. The organizer is not liable for any restrictions on access or participation resulting from the participantās local legal or regulatory framework.
